Avengers: Infinity War will cross the $ 200 million mark by the end of its opening weekend

After taking the worldwide box office by a storm, Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War has opened to a thunderous response at the Chinese market. The superhero film raked in a staggering $ 68.25 million on its first day. With paid previews on Thursday, the film currently stands with collections of $ 77.56 million. By looking at the current trend, we are expecting Avengers: Infinity War to cross the $ 200 million mark by the end of its opening weekend. The film has surpassed the lifetime business of Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther to become the highest worldwide grosser of the year.

Talking about Avengers franchise at the worldwide box office, the first installment had grossed $ 1.5 billion while the Age of Ultron grossed $ 1.4 billion. By analyzing the current scenario, we definitely think the film can cross $ 2 million mark but crossing the lifetime of Avatar will be a difficult task for the Avengers: Infinity War. The film is produced by Kevin Feige and screenplay of the film is written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
